Skinny Latina Marinated Salmon with Chimichurri

Ingredients

  • 1 large piece of Salmon

  • 1 cup Skinny Latina Marinade (to marinate Salmon)

  • ¼ cup Skinny Latina Marinade (for chimichurri)

  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro or Parsley

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

Directions

  • Use Skinny Latina Marinade to flavor your salmon by marinating for 2 hours.
  • To top salmon, combine Skinny Latina Marinade, cilantro/parsley, lime juice, and olive oil to make your chimichurri.
  • For a creamy aioli, mix some of your fresh chimichurri into 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise.
  • Once your salmon is cooked, top with your Skinny Latina Marinade Chimichurri & Aioli.
