2 teaspoons sugar juice from 1 lime, about 3 tablespoons
1 ounce white rum (like Bacardi)
2 tablespoons triple sec
Splash sparkling or soda water
2 or 3 drops Angostura bitters lime slices, for garnish
What you'll do:
Combine the mint and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler to crush the leaves together with sugar. Add the lime juice, rum, and triple sec, and shake well. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice. Add the sparkling water over it and top with a few drops of bitters. Garnish with slices of lime and mint
