- Filet of salmon (with or without skin on) - 1-2 TBSP of Skinny Latina Asian Persuasion - Salt and pepper - Scallions and sesame seeds for garnish, optional.
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 365F. On a baking tray, put a sheet of parchment paper. Lay the salmon fillet flat on the tray. If the fish has skin on, make sure to put the skin side down. Season with salt and pepper.
Add 1 to 2 tbsp of Skinny Latina Asian Persuasion on top of the fish (flesh side up) - and be sure to cover all of it. Depending on the size of your filet you make use of less or more marinade.
Bake for 6-10 minutes, this will depend on the desired doneness you want. Once cooked, you should have a color on top, if you don’t, then broil it for 1 minute and this should give you a nice golden brown color. Just make sure not to overcook it.
Serve it with your desired sides and garnish with chopped scallions and sesame seeds. BUEN APETITO!
